#2 Hutt Valley FDCs were inadvertently postmarked 14 NOV and then additionally postmarked 14 OCT.
#3 Chatham Island Black Robin FDCs were postmarked 22 DEC on the island and 23 DEC on the mainland.
#4 Gummed versions of the Otago Southland Battalion were placed on FDCs postmarked 27 FEB 2010. Modified self-adhesive versions of the Otago Southland Battalion CAL were released in January 2010.

¥ proofs of these CALs have been perforated, illegally postmarked and offered for sale on the internet !
